Adjust the time zone where necessary. Also fill in the postal carriers commonly used in the country you are selling to. Quickly search for the well-known carriers and replace the ones currently listed as ‘DHL, BPost and FedEx’.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
We maintain a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00 – Amsterdam) will be processed the same day. All products undergo a short processing stage before being shipped.
After processing, the average shipping time is 4–7 business days. In total, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 5–10 business days from the moment your order is placed.
Delays
During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and kindly ask for your understanding should any delays occur. Of course, we will keep you informed and always strive to minimize any inconvenience.
