What is the delivery time for my order?
When you place an order at Trevorawear, the delivery time may be slightly different from what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can significantly reduce storage and transport costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to the high interest in our products, it may happen that your order arrives a bit later than expected. We kindly ask for your understanding. If this period has passed and you still haven’t received your package, please send an email to support@[YOUR STORE NAME].nl. We will then look into the situation and find out what happened to your order.
I want to exchange or return my order — how do I do this?
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at support@[YOUR STORE NAME].nl. Please include your name, order number (e.g., #0000 as shown in your confirmation email), and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. Once confirmed, you can send the product back to us using the courier of your choice.
What are the return costs?

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
We offer a return period of 14 days, starting from the day you received your item. However, there are conditions for returns.
You may return the item only if:

● The product is in its original packaging with all labels still attached
● The product has not been used
